Not much to report

Not too much new going on in the Johnson household.
Working hard
Trying to fill our weekends with as many joyful things as we possibly can
Trying to be a good wife and make dinner every night
Laundry, dishes, cooking, ironing, etc....
You get the picture.
Trying to convince Jeff I need another Cocker Spaniel puppy running around our house....do you think it's working??

Spiritual Experience

This past Sunday I had the opportunity to sing in Church.
I was notified of this upcoming events weeks in advance, but for some reason I had the hardest time thinking of which song to sing.
Now, usually when I get asked to sing I immediately have a song in mind. This time was not so much the case.
I really struggled in trying to know which song would be the best for that meeting.
As time came closer to Sunday I knew that for my pianists sake, I should really pick a song.
So I decided to just choose one I have done before with my piano player so that a little amount of practice would be required.
I chose:
"I Stand All Amazed"
I have a really pretty version that I like and is fairly simple and pretty.
I had a run through Friday afternoon and felt pretty good about my choice.
Come Sunday morning, I had this overwhelming feeling that there was a specific purpose that this song was chosen. I was just praying really really hard that I was not going to be too emotional during the song so that I could portray the message that needed to be heard.
Long story short, as I wrapped up my Sunday meetings, the song went well.
I came home and realized that the song choice was perfect for me.
I had the incredible chance to realize all of the blessings that I have been given.
I do need to realize more often the blessings that I have. The words of that song hit me so hard and I felt the spirit so strong. And most of the time I am amazed at the love my Savior offers me because most of the time I don't feel deserving, but that is the reason and blessing of the atonement.

Good Weekend

Jeff and I took a much needed date night (that was totally free) and went and saw Toy Story 3.
We had 2 Harkins movie passes, a couple of gift cards that got us some drinks, and a coupon for a free popcorn.
By far the most entertaining of the 3 movies. Jeff and I laughed so hard we cried in parts. It was so good to be at them movies together, laughing. MUCH NEEDED.
I cried at the end, but it was a good cry.
Jeff and I forgot how much fun it was to go to the movies and be entertained for once.

I am feeling better about "things" in life.
I feel like I have regained my bearings and can move forward with my head held high.
I am okay again with my place in this world because I'm not alone.

And....
in 2.5 days I will be in Carlsbad, CA doing this...
It is so close I can taste the salt of the ocean.

Answers

So I had my appointment today.
All I have to say is that I LOVE my doctor so much. He listens to me and lets me cry and doesn't show that he thinks I'm crazy.

I am being sent to a fertility specialist, June 15th, to see if they can help get me farther along without having to do surgery again.

However, good news is that he thinks the Endometriosis is still under control (for now), so that is a positive. But he wants me to talk to the "big dogs" and see what they can do for me.

Jeff, too, has been amazing through all of this. I am so lucky to have him by my side and holding my hand!

So now the anxiety starts again until June 15th!

My Happily Ever After

Yesterday I had the opportunity to give the Lesson in Young Women's on this talk by President Uchtdorf from the General Young Women Meeting.
Let me tell you, I have never loved teaching a lesson more than I did this one.
Mainly because it was SO much more for me than it was for the girls.
I am so grateful that our Young Women's President was inspired enough to have me teach it.

I encourage any woman of any age to read this talk, because you will feel like a Queen.
I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time and I think Heavenly Father knew I needed to read it and hear it.
I was so emotional giving the lesson yesterday that I hope I made sense to the girls, but I have never felt the spirit so strong before when giving a lesson.
