Day 29

Something I'm listening to:

That's right, I'm in for another month!! This is too fun, but maybe I won't post it on my blog, Instagram and Facebook! Maybe just 1 or 2

Day 28

Money:

This is our spare change dream jar.

As soon as it gets filled up, we roll up our dough and do something fun!!

Something I ate today:

I actually eat this pretty frequently at work because it's fast, cheap and easy

Day 26

Night:

I know, I know it's sad that it's not even 7:00 and I'm already getting settled in bed, but this week has worn me out!!

However I am grateful to have done a lot of FUN things mixed in with regular life.

I posted this picture on FB this morning and it has stayed with me all day. Especially because a friend of mine that is not a member commented on it and it really made my day that I could share this with someone else who needed it today as badly as I did.

This picture was my inspiration for today.

Day 25

Green:

There are a MILLION pictures I could post about the color GREEN!

I'm addicted to it. I love it with all my heart, and always will.

I chose this picture because last night I was went to WICKED and saw my favorite green which and I placed my PLAYBILL on my favorite green chair.

Wicked was amazing, I cried like a little girl!!

And I was with the perfect group of ladies.

My momma and sisters!!

Your Shoes:

I feel pretty spoiled posting these.

But I DO love them. I love SHOES!!

Day 22

Where I work:

Here is the inside and outside of the place I spend a majority of my day.

I feel incredibly privileged and blessed to have this job. It has opened so many doors for me and I really do enjoy working here.

There's another job I know I will enjoy more, but I know that is coming someday!

Day 21

Day 20

Handwriting:

I feel pretty confident in posting a picture of my handwriting in Print.

However when it comes to cursive, there is NO WAY I could do that.

I never really got it and mine is a mixture of cursive and print.

However my dear Mother, to me, has the most BEAUTIFUL cursive I have ever seen.

I wish I could have inherited that from her.

Day 19

Something I hate to do:

Dishes.

I LOVE having a clean kitchen and a clean sink, but I get really tired of doing the dishes. It gets OLD really fast.

Day 18

Drink:

In the Johnson family, you have to be a lover of Dr. Pepper,

(aka Angel Tears, nectar of the Gods, Hooch, etc...)

Thankfully I do like it so I can keep my status as a Johnson clean.

However my one true love and vice is this life is unfortunately Diet Coke.

And it has to be a fountain drink from QT with lots of ice. Of sweet heaven I love this stuff.

I made it 10 weeks without it and then the Holidays came around and I totally failed.

Thankfully I am not drinking it everyday or even every week, but it's OK to enjoy it every now and then, I suppose.

However when I am being good this is definitely another HUGE favorite of mine...and it's zero calories which makes me like it even more...

Day 17

Time:

This clock is my most favorite clock I have ever gotten.

However in my Instagram post this is the time I woke up for work and arrive home from work...Bleh.

If I had LOTS of cash I would mist definitely dedicate a room in my house to Clocks.

I love them and everything about them. I like old, new, vintage, you name it.

Day 16

Something New:

This is why I think the movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic" is the story of my life.

However it's a good thing I pay cash and not credit for my purchases.

But I am soaking it in while I can because as soon as my future babies decide to grace me with their presence, this fun will go out the window.

Enjoy my time to splurge while I can, right?

Day 15

Phone:

This is the phone I use MOST of the day...

However, when I was a little girl my Grandma Kleiner had a phone like this hanging in her house and we all thought it was the coolest thing EVER!!

I have always loved the look of these phones and if I ever get a home phone again, I'm totally getting one of these. Makes me feel like I'm in a Doris Day movie...

Day 14

Heart:

It's a love thing...

For V-day Jeff bought me some Beautiful Roses and my favorite Disney movie of all TIME, Lady and The Tramp. I am a happy girl.

We had a nice dinner in with homemade Chicken and Green Chili Enchilada's and Mexican Rice, it was pretty yummy if I do say so myself.

And after dinner we stayed in and spent the rest of the evening together, which is rare these days. Jeff is busy working late into the night and I go to bed early, so it was a nice change.

Day 13

Blue:

The bottom left is cable wires.... Jeff is a computer nerd and I like it! We are rarely technologically challenged!

Once again I did a collage of all things Blue.

Some are give aways, but others are probably making you thinkThe bottom left , what??

What can I say, I am a girl with quiet a few things left to be discovered.

Day 12

Inside your closet:

This is the closet in one of our spare bedrooms. It holds crafts, DI stuff, My wedding dress and other special dresses I can't quite let go of yet...

Truth is I'm a but ashamed of how cramped my bedroom closet is...let's just say it's no walk-in, that's for sure...

Day 11

Makes you Happy:

This first square is a picture from Newport, RI. Jeff and I stayed there about 4 years ago and I took this picture from our Hotel Balcony. That sunset was one of my favorite moments and the trip was one of the best ones I ever had, especially being with my Best Friend, Jeff.

The second square is obviously from my Wedding Day. This man makes me happy and this day makes me happy remembering I was sealed to him for Eternity. Life would not be the same without him.

The third square is of the BEST car I ever owned. I sobbed like a girl, ironically, the day I sold her. But it was a good decision to let it go. I dated and married Jeff while owning this car and I know that is no mistake. Marrying into a family that relates EVERYTHING to cars, I feel like I fit in. Even though every brother teased me about this car. I bought this car wanting something fun and spunky, and boy was it. Jeff has promised me that someday I will get to own another one.

The fourth square is my puppy. He is almost 5 years old, but he will always be my puppy. Jeff gave him to me for my birthday and he has changed my world. I lived my entire life always wanting a Blonde Cocker Spaniel and here he is. He has the personality like no other dog I have ever met, and I know he was meant to be my mine. Some people think dog lovers are crazy but this pup has been there for me through good times and bad and I feel lucky to have him. He fills a void that I know will someday be filled with Children, but until then, he's my baby.

So, as you can see, all of the things I listed have a common theme...Jeff. He brings me so much happiness and joy and truly is my best friend and partner in crime.

Jeff, you make me happier than I ever imagined.

Day 10

Self Portrait:

This was done a while back but I refused to take a self portrait today because I have been at home all week, sick as a dog. The only times I got dressed was to go to the doctor or Walgreen's. Jeff has been gone since Thursday and is in sunny CA and I miss him terribly. I have had ZERO motivation to look even remotely decent for a self portrait. So I once again cheated, I'm bad at this...But at least I'm being honest, right?

BUT today is also a very special day for a very special little boy.

Nixon

He is 3 years old today. I was there the minute he was born and the Kleiner family has never been the same without him. I have a very special bond with this little man and I will never forget the feelings I had when I first laid eyes on him. I see the joy and excitement he brings to his Mother, my beautiful sister, and his father, an amazing, smart, and humble man. I was SUPER bummed to have missed his Superman Party, but didn't want to give him the gift of illness for his birthday. I just hope my sister got pictures of him in his Superman outfit running around being "windy", as he likes to call it.

I love this little kids quirks and giggles. He will ALWAYS be my Star Bellied Sneech!!

Day 9

Front Door:

People usually show the front side of their front doors, so I decided to show the "inside" of my front door.

This glorious wreath was made for me by The One and Only Bev Turley

I LOVE this wreath and refuse to put it outside and let it dwindle in the AZ Heat.

Day 8

Sun:

This may be cheating in this challenge for using an old photo, but I don't care. I have a love/hate relationship with the Sun. I mean, it was cloudy and overcast on my wedding day and I couldn't have been more happy. However, this photo takes me to a favorite place in my mind and in my heart every single time I see it. (I'm even a little extra excited because I took this picture myself) I'm no photographer, but I captured my view and my feelings of my paradise. It's nothing fancy, but my best friend had his strong arms around me and I was happy and content as could be.

Day 7

Buttons:

These buttons are the keys to my happiness. Today in between blowing my nose, trying not to swallow hard, and stop throwing up...

These buttons are cleansing away the yuckiness from my bedding and all other things.

I love these buttons.

Day 6

Dinner:

As I am still recovering from this yuckiness that has invaded my body, this is what my dinner tonight consists if. Fluids and Meds, Yummy.

My poor honey gratefully ate leftovers, which I KNOW are NOT his favorites, but he's been so good to me.

Day 5

10 AM

Not loving 10 AM today, or any other hour today. This cold season is kicking my but. Think happy thoughts. Think happy thoughts.

Strangers...

I stole her idea. I haven't gone anywhere today due to a BEAUTIFUL cold, but I DID get the mail.

Someday I would love to vote for someone I knew and had complete confidence in.

However, I am grateful for the freedom to choose and the many men and women who are "Strangers" that fight to keep those rights every day!

Day 3

Hands

I know its so cliche to post the typical hand wedding picture, and I didn't even want the picture taken originally, but I'm SO glad I did.

Jeff's hands are protecting yet calming, soft but rough, clean and always dirty.

I love his hands and I love that he never hesitates to grab a hold of mine.
