This post is dedicated to my lovely, wonderful, talented, creative, pregnant sister...Kristy...

So what can I say about one of the most amazing women I know!!! Kristy has been an amazing big sister. She has taught me SO many things about life, love, shopping, shoes, cooking, craftiness...you name it!! So Kristy, here are the top 10 reasons why I adore you...

1. You have an amazing smile and are never afraid to share it.

2. You are incredibly dedicated to your family and friends and are always willing to give of your time and talents.

3. You always will go shopping with me at the drop of a hat and have an incredible eye for bargains!

4. Nobody can paint a green wall like you can. You have an amazing ability to beautify any room you come in contact with.

5. Nobody can sing a Neil Diamond/Barbara Streisand duet like we can!!

6. You have more shoes than anyone I have ever met. And all of them are SO cute! 

7. You have 2 of the craziest dogs on earth and yet they fit you so perfectly

8. You have a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and the Gospel and are not afraid to share it with those around you.

9. You are going to be giving birth to the very first Kleiner baby and I can't wait to become an aunt to what is sure to be one of the cutest little peanuts on earth!!

10. You have been the best big sister a girl could ask for. You are always the one I call when I need a favor, or friend, or advice.

Kristy, I love you so much and look up to you in so many ways. I can't find enough words to tell you how FABULOUS I truly think you are! I hope you had an amazing birthday and I love you lots!!

Seriously...

Do you ever feel like in life it's just one bad thing after another? It's not big huge things that go wrong, but just lots of little things? Like for instance, I think I have had something wrong with me at least once a week since the day we got married.

I mean, can't a girl catch a break? I have had a headache for the last 2 weeks. What gives??

P.S.

I didn't mean to be throwing a little pitty party for myself, but I guess I kind of did. It's just that I have a kidney infection and I've had a headache for the last 2 weeks now, so I'm just not very happy with life right now. Thanks for all of your sweet comments though!! You guys are AWESOME friends!!

Tomorrow marks, 2 very special years for us!! I am posting this today because I will be off to girl's camp tomorrow!!

Tears are streaming down my face as I type this because I never knew marriage was going to be this fantastic. I am SO thankful to have this man in my life. He treats me like a queen, even when I don't deserve it. These last 2 years have been so incredible!! Jeff, you make me so happy each day. You are my best friend and I love you SO much!! Thank you for taking care of me, being my shoulder to cry on, and my giggle buddy late at night when I'm too tired to think. I don't deserve a man like you, but I am sure glad that you're mine!!

Mine and Jeff's 2 year anniversary is on this coming Monday, and we said we weren't doing gifts this year because basically, we have $0.00. But I still want to do something for him to make the day special, maybe make him something?? So I need some ideas of cute things you have done for each other on tight budgets?!!

Birthday, Hobby Lobby and More...

These are the gorgeous flowers Jeff had sent to me at work for my birthday. 100 roses, yes that's right, 100! He is such a wonderful husband. He took me to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and it was Super yummy.

This is the awesome and fantastic bowl my parents bought me for my birthday. They made me homemade fajitas which were to die for and also gave me a little spending cash, which I always love.

My amazingly talented sister made these...

and she made this for me for my birthday! The pictures honestly don't do them justice, because they are SO to die for cute. I wear them every chance I get!

I didn't take a picture of it, but my in-laws gave me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi which I have to wait to use because of the old broken toe, but I am SO excited for!!

And this is my fantastic purchase from my wonderful trip to Hobby Lobby on July 4th with my mom, sister and cute sister-in-law Melissa. Let me just say, we were there for about 2 hours and wanted to stay longer!! I just hung this up in my Kitchen and I LOVE it to pieces! Thanks Hobby Lobby for making this so I didn't have to make one from scratch!!

For the 4th, we had a BBQ with Jeff's family and didn't much, but it was wonderful!

Thanks to everyone for all of the lovely b-day wishes! I had a great 24th birthday!!

Happy Birthday to me...

Yeah!! Today is my big 24th!! I had a really good day so far...nothing too spectacular, but I like that. Jeff sent me some beautiful roses to work and we are going to dinner tonight. My dad is really busy with his Church calling so I am celebrating with my family on Thursday, so I will post pictures of all the festivities after that.

Being married makes birthdays so much more fun!! I love Jeff so much. Thanks for giving me a great day today!! I love you!!

GREAT NEWS!!!

I got a job!! Thanks to Jen Ray for the referral!! I will be working in the front office at Skyline Family Medicine. I am so excited I can hardly contain my joy!!

I know that it is only because of faith and prayers and the love of my Father in Heaven that I was able to get this opportunity. Thank you all so much for your kind words and thoughts!! I couldn't have done this without you!

I start on Monday!!

Oh and on a sort of sour note...I broke my pinky toe on Monday and thought i was about to freakin die. I ran into my couch and bent my pinky toe completely backwards, neat huh? It's all sorts of purple and weird looking...I took a picture of it, but decided against posting it because it is really yucky! So I am hobbling around like a tardo. That's what I get for trying to play nice with my couch.
