I need some help...I am looking for a new dog groomer that is in the East Valley....not too far East....but I DON'T WANT PETSMART!
I did take Chowder to Petsmart and I have been totally unsatisfied for what I pay them. SO I was wondering if you all could tell me where you take your pooches to get clipped. It's starting to get hotter and I need to get Chowder shaved.
So if you know of a place that isn't too expensive and not too far away, please let me know...

we don't have a dog anymore but my sis did have a cockerspaniel like your little chowder and he was getting so moppy looking. we took him down to this place on brown and higley. on brown just west of higley on the southside by the water and ice. anyway it was a one time deal and we were happy with it. just a suggestion not a promotion for them. you talking to a girl who took a dog ONE time to get his hair cut :)
I go to a vet on Main st. just west of Power. It's called Adobe Veterinary clinic. I love them. It seems little Ghetto at first but its not. You can always tell the vet and staff love and care about every animal they see and they are totally not overpriced. I just took my new puppy in and got her her shots her nails clipped and a skin evaluation and my total bill was like $51. The groomer is awesome too. The number is 480-832-2240

Ha! Your dog is so cute! And I love the name Chowder!! We took Jack Jack to a Groomers on ValVista & Baseline. They are great! Canine Styles their phone number is (480) 926-1487. I went to Petco (@ Riverview) just last week for Lady's 1st summer haircut- it's hard to tell if they really did an awesome job or not because Lady has such a thick coat that they couldn't get too short.
That was last week and now it's looking pretty good.
for a full groom- it's $48
i'm no help, sorry. i was just thinking.. tachi has a cousin that grooms dogs. but i realized she works for petsmart. haha.
